The Noble RoomDining room
Golden wall-paper, modernist paintings, Elizabethan furniture… Reserved for special occasions.
Regardless of time, this room has conserved its stately structure, with a chamber and sub-chamber separated by a sliding door, imitating the style of old French mansions. Here you will find some outstanding French wallpaper bought in Paris around 1905. In the bathroom there is an authentic claw-foot bathtub.
In case of having to wait a little while, you can relax and/or read in our little library, where you can see and enjoy a marvellous 17th-century stone arch.
Features in this room include turquoise passion coloured walls; the balcony situated on the main façade of the house and in the bathroom a mother-of-pearl bathtub, gold-plated faucets with a shell-shaped sink.
The Reception area, protected by the great arch and illuminated by the Modernist style stained-glass door at the main entrance, is situated in the centre of the ground floor of the building where the staircase ascends to the bedrooms and to the Grand Salon.
A very cosy room with modernist-style furniture with fine wood carving imitating the vegetable detail so characteristic of the renowned Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi and his followers.
The daring red and gold on the walls contrasts with the black-painted furniture, in Elizabethan fashion, fruit of laborious restoring done by expert hands.
